How Does Multi-User Access Work on My Nixplay Signage Account?

The Nixplay Signage web account allows Account Owners to manage multiple Users to access Nixplay Signage. To manage your users, click on your profile on the top right, then select 'Users'.

There are two kinds of User roles in Nixplay Signage: Owners (Account Owners) and Editors. You can invite up to 9 Users for a total of 10 Users, including the Account Owner.

Both Owners and Editors are able to do the following on the Nixplay Signage web account:

Account - Manage Profile details

The major difference between the account users is

• Owner: Full access rights to Account details, Subscription, Payment settings, User Management.
• Editor: No access rights to Account details, Subscription, and Payment settings.
