What Should I Do if My Remote Control Is Not Working?

Nixplay Signage Remote Control is Not Working

If the Nixplay Signage Display or Player remote control is not working, please try the following:

1. Check to see there is nothing blocking the remote control and your display(s). Then, point the remote control directly to the middle of the display.

2. The battery may have run out. You can replace the CR2025 (lithium coin cell, watch battery) battery by carefully opening the slot at the back of the remote control.

3. If the problem persists, please contact our Technical Support at support@nixplaysignage.com or submitting a request.
