How Do I Reset My Nixplay Signage Account Password?

To Reset Your Nixplay Signage Password

1. Go to www.nixplaysignage.com. Select ‘Login/My Account’ in the top right corner of the page. Or go to https://signage.nixplay.com/signage-login. 

2. Click on 'Forgot your password?' at the bottom of the login page.

3. You’ll be directed to a new page that will ask you to enter the same email address you used to create your Nixplay Signage web account. Enter your email address and hit 'Reset'.

4. A 'Reset your password' email will be sent to your email address. Open this email and click on the link. Please check your junk/spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox.

5. You will be directed to a landing page to reset your new password. Enter your password, then click 'Reset' to confirm.

6. Return to the login page and login using your new password.
